Note 1: Dinner reception tickets are included with Full Conference Package. The extra dinner ticket purchase is for attendees who do not have Full Conference Package or need to purchase a Dinner Reception Ticket for their Guest.
Note 2: There is a discount for emeritus attendees. They should email fpga-reg@acm.org prior to filling out registration to receive a discount code from us.
More Registration Information
Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled prior to February 8th, 2026, will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 8th, 2026, except in the case of visa denial.
International Tax Terms and Conditions (T&C): If the registration fee is subject to international tax (VAT), a VAT invoice will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. This only applies to eligible participants based on their location or the location of the conference and applicable international tax laws.
The VAT invoice will be emailed to the provided email address following the completion of the event. Please ensure your details are accurate at the time of registration to avoid any delays. If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your registration fee for VAT, please contact your ACM liaison.
